It’s a nice guesthouse, but it was very cold and the food was quite sparse; it’s only a 10‑minute walk to Issyk‑Kul where there’s a large beach. The cold, noise, and weak plumbing were also issues.

The lake is within walking distance, the garden is beautiful, breakfast was very tasty, and the host was welcoming. The room’s setup feels outdated.
