“Bom Custo-Benefício”

Great location, close to the airport, ideal for those who need to stay overnight before or after a flight. The rooms are spacious, breakfast is very good, and the staff is attentive and friendly. A practical and comfortable option for a short stay. The hotel needs some repairs and improvements in facility maintenance. There is also a lack of transparency regarding the free airport shuttle, especially about its operation, timings, and vehicle identification. We waited two hours for a driver who didn’t arrive at the agreed time, causing inconvenience and frustration. With better organization, clearer communication, and maintenance upgrades, the guest experience could be much better.

Restaurant, good price‑quality ratio. Reception staff were inefficient, and despite good manners, they were not empathetic about the issues we had.

O prédio é um charme! Os funcionários são atenciosos. O breakfast é variado e ótimo. Na relação custo/benefício é muito vantajoso. Gostei de tudo

“Non so se torno”

È la terza volta che resto qui, vicino all'aeroporto e relativamente comodo come posizione e strutture, il ristorante interno a buffet è pratico. L'ultimo giorno mi hanno sistemato il bagno ma non hanno fatto il letto. Per due sere su tre c'erano eventi che monopolizzavano il ristorante che già è limitato nelle scelte. Inoltre, lo shuttle non passa per il terminal 3, il che è assurdo in un albergo vicino ad un aeroporto internazionale
