The staff service was excellent, perfect score 100 %. The room wasn’t very sound‑proof.

The staff were extremely courteous, even using translation apps when needed to assist me, and they proactively suggested bus transfers, which turned out to be a real lifesaver. I have no complaints at all.

The location was good. There was only one elevator, and waiting was a bit long.

Very friendly staff. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland and the airport is very cost friendly. Highly recommend if you want to stay around the area for Disney or just layover in Shanghai Pudong.
