The staff were very friendly and the room was cozy, plus they were extremely flexible with the check‑in time.

The room was big and clean, and everything else was satisfactory—nothing to complain about.

The welcome was excellent, the cappuccino at breakfast was great, and the value for money was quite reasonable; the hotel is ideally located just a short walk from Florence’s centre but in a quiet, restful neighbourhood.

The staff were helpful and the location is nice; the rooms were clean. If you don’t set your expectations too high, I think it’s pretty good. The breakfast wasn’t terrible.
