I was upset by the $75 fee for early check‑in after flying in from ATL for my aunt’s funeral; it felt like a huge let‑down to have to pay that just to reset before services. The noise on my floor and the one below was irritating, with what sounded like kids running, screaming and talking very loudly, so I had to call the front desk. They said they were already aware of the situation and had spoken to the group about the noise. The pillows were way too soft for my liking.
