The front‑desk staff were nice, but I paid through the booking app, then had to pay for my room again plus a security deposit when I arrived. The room was dirty with evidence of fent and crack activity, the shower had no hot water, and I got no refund after asking for my money back. It feels like the worst Motel 6 in the country; I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The front‑desk employees were very helpful, especially Tiffany who went out of her way for us, yet the parking lot was full of homeless people, drugs, and police presence, which was unacceptable.

Everything was horrible. The place was dirty, stinky, and people were smoking marijuana; maintenance was lacking, rooms smelled of cigarette and trash, and there was trash outside. I had to leave and pay elsewhere.

The room rate was reasonable, but the sink was leaking and the TV was broken. It also took a long time to sort out my reservation, and they tried to charge me again even though I had already paid, until we finally resolved it.
