I got bed bug bites and am still waiting for the $100 deposit for nonsmoking to be refunded.

Nothing, my reservation room was not ready, I got charged twice. I did not stay there. No response to my email or from the Manager regarding my refunds. No call back or response from a Manager. No communication through email or phone call from the Manager. what I reserved was not available not ready. The room that I was checked in to, was dirty, bad odor, dirty carpet, no.pillowcases and TV did not work. Outside looked unsafe, there's abandon vehicles in the parking lot, people working on their vehicles in the parking lot and people walking around which I felt unsafe. Booking. Com taked to the person at the hotel to cancel my reservation at NO.cost. I was still charged Twice.i was told it will take 3-5 business days for refunds. I still haven't received any refunds, a call back or a.respo SE from the Manager. And it's almost a month
