I like the facilities they were always really clean. Even through I was in a 10 person room, the washrooms never felt dingy or dirty. The location was actually not too bad though there were times it can take almost 40 minutes to get to the heart of the city. The staff were wonderful. I have no complaints regarding customer service. To add to that their breakfast was amazing highly recommend getting that included in the booking. The hostel also has a little kitty that stays in the lobby area, which is always an added bonus :). The only downside for me would be that for a 10 bedroom female dorm. We only had one toilet amongst us. That toilet was just outside the dorm and it also didn’t have a sink inside the toilet as well. Other than that, I had a fantastic stay at fraternity
