The place was nice and clean, with many fancy cafés, restaurants, and a beauty parlor right next to the hotel. We booked a suite, but the AC was not good—one portion wouldn’t cool. On the last day the AC started leaking water, so they moved us to another room.

The property was excellent and clean, and the location was great, but the breakfast was a bad experience. The breakfasts were poor and there were mosquitoes in the room and at breakfast.

The lobby entrance was clean with a cool water dispenser and a tea/coffee machine, and the property was guarded. However, the lobby on each floor was unbearably hot in summer; they should have AC or ventilation fans to cool it. Rooms should have a fan since the AC doesn’t work when not staying in the room. It gets very hot and suffocating for the first hour before the AC starts to make the room livable.

The room size was good and comfortable, but they forgot toiletries, towels, etc., and on request they were sent to the room immediately. Breakfast was very poor: no one was there to attend, we had to find and call them; many items were missing on the serving table, we had to keep asking one by one to bring them, and only one attendant was running here and there. Totally disappointed. When we complained at checkout they were least bothered about it.
