The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating, especially Hong who helped with everything and gave fantastic food recommendations. The breakfast selection was vast and of fantastic quality. Our room was lovely and exceptionally clean when we arrived. The view from the pool was fantastic, and the rooftop bar and restaurant offered fantastic food and drinks. The location was perfect too. When we had an issue with our room’s air con, the team investigated and fixed it quickly, notifying us as soon as it was sorted. Honestly, this place genuinely exceeded our expectations in all aspects.
