The location, price, and clean, comfy room were all good. The jug could use a replacement because it had a bad smell from the element even after rinsing and refilling several times. I also had to go back down for milk because none was in the fridge. Nothing major.

I could swipe my key to reach different floors and entrances, the beds were comfy and the shower was decent. Using the Novotel pool and spas next door was convenient, especially since I have a walking disability; the walk was short. We took towels from our room, but towels were also available to dry off and leave. My husband liked the TV because it was well positioned. The room was small, but the ample luggage top space made up for it. The hotel is close to Eat Street; you can walk there by exiting the basement, going up the ramp around the Novotel, and crossing the road. Parking was a hassle and there was no disabled parking, which made it difficult to return after eating. Having assigned parking spots under the building would help, as it isn’t just for people with mobility passes but also for the elderly, parents with babies, or dignitaries needing undercover parking.

The rooms were clean and modern, and the front desk staff were friendly. Parking in the compound was limited and filled up quickly, so I had to park on the street for my two‑day stay.
