The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good; the location is nice for walking through the gardens, making it a great spot to stay and visit Maastricht. It was a pity that all the hotel restaurants were already full, which we had anticipated because we stayed the same evening, but it was still disappointing.

The location is beautiful, the buildings impressive, and the staff are very nice; the restaurant and bar are tastefully decorated. Everything is dated and the garden needs pruning, otherwise it will deteriorate; the room is very small and the bathroom is too cramped for two people to stand together.

The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the grounds are beautiful. The breakfast room, the corridors, and the ‘deluxe’ rooms don’t really capture the feel of a château, but rather that of a chic hotel.

The hotel is stunning, set in a gorgeous spot and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was superb, offering everything you could possibly want and more. The spa was fantastic too; we arrived early and had the pool all to ourselves. Nothing was wrong – everything was flawless.

Everything was great. Dogs are charged very high fees.
