The location was great. They tried to charge me 50 euros for giving me the key at 8:00 am when rooms were available. The receptionist said it was an early‑check‑in fee because check‑in was at 14:00. That fee isn’t listed anywhere, and it’s inappropriate for an international chain. The bathroom was tiny. The shower was ridiculous. The toilet was broken. The carpet was dirty.

We had a four‑bedroom room with a connecting door, which was very nice. Clean, tidy, and well sound‑proofed. The breakfast buffet was varied and everything was fresh. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, only public parking garages nearby. Fried eggs cost extra, the coffee doesn’t taste good. The breakfast lady doesn’t speak Serbian.

Breakfast was excellent and very varied. The double room with a connecting door was very nice. Absolutely nothing else to mention, thanks for everything!

Excellent location, comfortable room, very friendly staff, pet friendly. I would have preferred the glass bathroom door not to have a gap around it (not a major issue).
