The hotel is very well situated in the center, close to the Ceará museum and the central market, so for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of the city it’s super convenient. The room lacks blackout curtains on all windows (the ones that exist are short), so it gets very bright early in the morning. The air‑conditioner works but isn’t very cold, and given Fortaleza’s heat it doesn’t stay cool during the day. There’s no hygienic shower in the bathroom and no soap, and there were no power outlets near the bed, which was a real inconvenience.

The room was partially clean and the reception staff were helpful with information about nearby attractions, but the hotel corridors were poorly lit, there were some trash bags near the elevator access, and the bathroom had structural and plumbing issues.

Location was fine, but the accommodation had some cheap francesinha options and the shower was lacking.
