All front‑desk staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Akram and Mohamed Taha in guest relations, who were very kind.

The location was good. There is no direct beach access and it’s quite far. Even though both hotels belong to the same company, a double standard is applied at the beach entrance. After the check‑out, the staff at the door gave me an 8/10 instead of a 10/10.

The only thing I’ll say is this: despite booking a deluxe room, we were given a junior suite. The food was amazing; from 8 am to 1 pm you can always find something to eat at different locations, and the restaurants were all delicious and great.
