“Great location, but communication could be much better.”

The location was one of the best things about our stay. The property is right by the water, Rocky Beach is very close, and there are several bars nearby. The surroundings are pleasant and cozy. We were able to park directly next to the building, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the shutters blocked the sunlight very effectively. Breakfast was also a nice surprise, as we could choose what we wanted from a menu rather than having a fixed breakfast. The English-speaking waiter/bartender we met in the morning was friendly and explained everything we needed to know. Finding the property was quite difficult. Navigation suggested either crossing a solid road line or taking a very steep road that almost looked like a pedestrian path, and the sign pointing towards the accommodation was small and easy to miss. The biggest issue was communication. The person who welcomed us did not speak English, so we were simply given the key and shown to the room without any information about breakfast, the Wi-Fi password or check-out. He kindly offered us a welcome drink, but because of the language barrier and the lack of information, the situation felt a little confusing and we decided to decline. We had to find out the breakfast details ourselves the next morning, and for check-out we relied on the information provided on Booking. The room was also quite small and had only one electrical socket under the TV, with no sockets next to the bed

“Für einen Aufenthalt von zwei , drei Tagen gut geeignet”

Schöne Terrasse direkt am Meer zum frühstücken, leckeres, frisches, schön präsentiertes Frühstück, leckere Eierspeisen frisch nach Bestellung gemacht,nette Bar, super freundliche Gastgeber!. Zimmerservice war nicht vorhanden

“Enttäuschend aufgrund Zimmersauberkeit, trotz sehr schöner Lage”

Lage. Sauberkeit: Zimmer nicht geputzt; Überall Haare und Dreck im Bad aber auch im sonstigen Zimmer; Toilette nicht geputzt Ausstattung: Matratze Schimmelspuren o. Ä. auf Unterseite

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, responding to every request. The location is a dream, literally right on the sea. The room is small but neat, with everything you need. Parking is free and close to the hotel, though you have to drive through a barrier, but you don't have to pay anything.
