Great experience, excellent location and wonderful breakfast! I had a very positive stay. The staff were attentive, polite and helpful, providing very pleasant service. The room was clean and organised, and the bed offered good comfort. The only point that could improve is the air‑conditioning, which I found a bit weak. One of the hotel’s biggest highlights is undoubtedly the breakfast! Marvelous, with a wide variety of options, catering well to different tastes. The location is also excellent, close to the bus station, which makes travel very convenient. Another positive is the parking, which has many spots. Additionally, there’s a Japanese restaurant next to the hotel, adding further convenience for guests. One extra tip: despite the convenience, I don’t recommend the McDonald’s next door. My experience there was not good: the sandwich was hard and had a rather questionable flavour. Overall, the hotel offers a great experience, with good services, comfort and a strategic location. I recommend staying here and would definitely return! It could improve the air‑conditioning; when I turned it on and set the temperature, I thought it would increase during use, but I woke up sweaty in the middle of the night and I’m a cold person. The air‑conditioning is weak. I arrived at the hotel at 13:00 (I already knew the check‑in was at 14:00) and when I identified myself at reception they told me the room wasn’t ready, I took the keys at 14:15. Another thing that needs to be checked is the room‑locking time; check‑out is until 12:00, I went out with my family and arrived at the hotel to drop the luggage at 11:30 and the room was already locked, so if my phone had been dead I would have had to go down to inform reception.
