Located 2 km from Plovdiv's Old Town, Kendros Hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a minibar. The Roman Amphitheatre and International Fair grounds are a 6-minute drive away. The hotel offers a non-smoking restaurant, lobby bar, sauna, hot tub, steam bath, and fitness centre, as well as free guarded parking and Bulgarian/international cuisine with fine wine selection.

The room is big. The hotel description promised Wi‑Fi, but none was available. We complained to reception a few times, they said they'd fix it, but nothing changed. The staff are friendly but not proactive.

The view from the window is nice, the room is large, the mattresses and pillows are comfortable, the linens are pleasant, and the staff are polite. The elevator only starts on the second floor, so I’m not sure how a wheelchair user would manage; breakfast is very minimal and could be better, there’s no warm blanket, a single sheet isn’t enough for warmth and comfort, the room fridge is noisy, and the plumbing fixtures and taps need replacement.

Everything was perfect and absolutely amazing! We arrived around midnight and the check‑in was quick, there was a lift, and we received a free upgrade. The room was huge, clean, with a kitchen area that made traveling with a baby easy. The bed was enormous and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had while traveling!

The staff are nice, the old town is easily reachable by public transport, and the room is spacious. The breakfast was one‑sided; in September, when most fruits are available, they could have offered fruit without being asked. They did provide a watermelon when requested. The public transport intervals are sometimes extremely long (30 minutes) and only match the daytime announcements on the board; online information is inaccurate.
