The location, cleanliness, and parking service are good; the hotel is close to a shopping street and a beach, and some rooms have a sea view between the building and the beach.

I stayed at Nesr near the old city and gave it a 9.0/10. The only snag was the extra parking charge of 9€/day, even though the hotel had advertised free parking for guests.
