The location is near Black Beach, which is the only good thing about the stay. There was no lock for the bathroom, the TV wasn’t working, no staff to attend anything – we had to handle everything ourselves – pool time was limited to 8 pm, and there were no nearby stores.

The location and property are good, but it was very hot, so AC rooms are preferable to non‑AC ones. A basic kettle should have been provided.

Water was always on hand and the backup power kept running, while the AC inverter worked all day; the balcony let me dry clothes. I booked a standard room without knowing it was non‑AC, but the staff helped me upgrade for an extra fee. The towel quality was poor, causing the fabric color to fade.

The place was nice, in a quiet, calm spot. The room and bathroom were spacious. I was bitten by a few ants on the first night, which ruined my sleep, but the owner swapped rooms the next day and the new room had no ants, so it seemed like a one‑off problem.
