We walked to Beto Carrero, and the coffee was delicious and varied. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the adult and kids’ leisure facilities were great. Staff were very helpful, so all praise. Score 10 on every point. Nothing to criticize.

The comfort and convenience were solid, and the setting was excellent for families. The outdoor playground and the well‑equipped indoor play area were both nice, and breakfast was very tasty. However, there were some safety concerns for the kids: the pool gate is often left open, and my son ran from the playground toward the pool. The entrance and exit doors near the reception are also close to the playground and usually open, so my son ran toward the street and I almost missed him as a car passed. The other frequently open door is the one to the internal parking lot.

I loved the lodge. One suggestion: for the pool table, it’s helpful to have chalk to rub on the cues; without chalk it’s hard to hit the ball.

I loved it—clean, family‑friendly. For anyone heading to Beto Carrero, it’s close enough to walk. The heated pool and hot tub are a great way to recover after a full day at the park. Lodge 10/10.
