I was furious about the bed bugs in my room and the hefty fee we had to pay after being moved; I won't return, though a few managers were friendly while others were not. The balcony was filthy, and overall I had nothing positive to say, so don't bother coming back. 😒

It was so close to everything, plus the free Uber ride up to a certain distance was a nice perk.

Everything from the design to the furniture was modern and spotless, the spot felt safe, and it was a drive to downtown LA and the venues I needed; the only downside was the shower water taking over 10 minutes to heat up.

The place felt high‑class and they really turned it into a World Cup destination, offering extra discounts and loads of visitor guide info—well done; however, some restaurants and amenities were unavailable due to construction or renovation.
