“Great hotel bones which needs a revamp and extra staff.”
Getting to the hotel was a breeze. The underground parking was spacious and reachable by lift. The grounds looked impressive and were arranged to keep guests spread out, creating a cozier vibe. It’s one of the best spots in Golden Sands. The food selection was huge, rooms were well sized, and the self‑service beach bar had no lines. However, the grounds were hard to navigate for people with limited mobility, and the road to the beach had a steep slope that many guests struggled with. The pool was very cold. Rooms felt dated with wear and tear everywhere (top in 2008, not so much in 2026). The bed was soft. Staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests, even off‑peak, and elevators had frequent problems. Vegetables at the buffet were low quality and almost inedible.
