मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
We were traveling, so the location was fantastic, the cleanliness was good, breakfast was very good. The rooms were large, the shower excellent, the beds good, the pool great, the sauna excellent, and the gym good. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel was very clean, the design and service were perfect. I’ve stayed here for several years, but this last visit I didn’t like it. It was me and my partner. I went for a check‑up, they gave me the bill, I paid, and I said I’d come down with the bags to hand over the key! While I was on my way to hand over the key, the receptionist shouted my name! I thought that was a terrible lack of ethics! I was on my way to hand over the key and she said there were more items in my husband’s name, but if all we asked for was the room number, why were there two different bills? I was so stressed I didn’t read and just paid. You need to keep the clients’ signatures when they place orders! It’s already very strange to have different names when it’s for a room, and automatically it’s already the room’s order! When I arrived I saw a client arguing that they hadn’t made such an order, I just paid! I hate having to justify! I prefer a signature. That way I know what I bought!
