I expected a lot more for what I paid; the room was in poor condition, parking was a nightmare, they claimed breakfast was included but it wasn’t, and the toilet paper supply was minimal so you should bring your own. It even looks like a Dracula house – this feels like a scam, so stay away.

The location and staff were fine and the place looked very pretty. The TV didn’t work and wasn’t fitted properly.

Staff answered quickly and were very helpful with transfer info. It’s close to many cafés, restaurants, and the Bellini Gardens. The place was very clean with attractive décor. The lift is a bit tricky when moving luggage.
