मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
I appreciated how safe, secure, and easy to find the property was, and the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, making customer service excellent.

Check‑in was easy, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient for our event, but the floors and tub were dirty, the cooler was inefficient, there was no in‑room coffee, towels were limited and we were asked to give up dirty ones for more clean ones, a water leak in the bathroom ceiling caused a slight paint bubble, one comforter had a permanent marker stain, and one USB port didn’t work.

The design was good, but there were no soaps or shampoos.

Everything met expectations; the only issue was that the door didn’t close completely when we left the room, which we reported to management but nothing was fixed.
