Fairy Falls Hotel

I personally think the location is fantastic, pretty much halfway between Conwy and Llanberis without the hustle of some of the other towns. The owners were brilliant. I didn't eat at the restaurant but it smelt divine. The bar on a weekend has karaoke and there is a function room so it can be a little noisy (not ridiculously, more background) The stream runs through the bottom of the car park and is audible in the rooms which I thought was lovely. The bed was so comfortable. It was very clean. I'd 100% stay again. I couldn't get the shower to work. It is one that works with the bath taps. Granted, it was probably something I wasn't doing and I didn't report it as I was leaving early that morning. There wasn't a plug for the sink either otherwise it would have been all 10s. One thing that would have made it easier for me is if the WiFi access code was located in the room (it's behind the bar)

“So disappointed”

The location is fine. The TV was broken and the staff barely tried to fix it. Noise from the room above is audible and there's no info in the room about the Wi‑Fi password or how to order food. I had a bad night’s sleep because of the noise and the service was poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

A lovely stay overall, especially enjoying the amazing pub food that I’d recommend, with nothing to dislike.

“For the price fantastic value for money would stay again!”

The location is great, though breakfast isn’t offered at the hotel; the café across the road is fantastic for breakfast, and the only downside was noisy people above us, which isn’t the hotel’s fault.

“Comfortable accommodation for an overnight stop. Balcony with stunning views was a bonus.”

The location is superb and breathtaking, right next to the river, and the room was tidy, well presented, and comfortable—exactly what we needed to unwind after a two‑day road trip; the hosts are great, unobtrusive yet available, and the team works hard; for the money it’s worth every penny, and there’s nothing to note.
