The location was fine, and the facility looked like it had been updated – it seemed clean, comfy and cozy. The room, however, had ants crawling all over the bathroom vanity area, coming up from inside the sink and behind the mirror. The AC barely worked, making it hot and uncomfortable. The shower barely worked, the toilet barely flushed, and the free breakfast was pathetic. They basically put a bandaid on a pig – new paint to cover up a hot mess.

Karen at the Front Desk delivered excellent customer service, showing great professionalism and courtesy. The breakfast was okay, but a full hot breakfast would be a nice upgrade to consider.

Everything was perfect. Nothing was lacking.

The rooms were large with a sofa, appeared newly decorated, very clean and very comfortable. They were set back from the road, so quiet. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. From the outside it looks dated, but inside everything feels brand new.
