The hotel is in the very center of Radom, offers a breakfast option, and the sheets and towels were clean. We booked a king‑size double room for our wedding anniversary, but received a triple room with a bunk bed because of renovations; the staff only informed us of this after arrival. The room was very cold in early October, the bathroom had no heater, the shower cabin was covered in stone, there were no towel hooks, the carpet was stained and dirty, and the wardrobe shelves were dusty and had to be wiped down. The private parking we were offered was not available, so we had to park on the market square, which is free on weekends but still not the same as private parking. I even sent a message to staff about this, but they did not reply. The breakfast was fine except for the coffee, which was either grounds‑filled or the cheapest instant variety.
