The location is perfect, close to almost every city attraction, and the lady at reception was amazing; overall, it was a great stay and worth it.

The proximity to the train station and the spaciousness of the bathroom are positives, but the traffic noise is annoying, there are no double windows, and breakfast quality is poor. I booked a suite but ended up in a standard room that had an extra single bed added after I arrived; the bed quality was low. Even when I increased the AC temperature, the room stayed chillingly cold; the AC can get too cold unless you turn it off. Also, there is no way to exchange money at reception.
