Located at the corner of Highways 7 and 511, Tay Inn offers Wi‑Fi, a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in each room. Flat‑screen cable TV with movie channels, fax and photocopying facilities add convenience. Perth Town Centre lies 2 km away, while the golf course, Classic Theatre Playhouses, and restaurants are within 3 km. County Fair Mall is a 30‑minute drive.

Very clean. Great to have flooring instead of carpet. Nice deep bath. Good internet. Not noisy despite the main road and train tracks. I would definitely stay again. It felt very safe for a solo female traveller.

Hotel is good for a stop. Clean and easy to access. Note that it is close to a railway line, so trains are loud and long in Canada. The beds are very comfortable. RAS.

The Tay Inn is in a great location if you are visiting the Perth area, gas and food are all close by, it is great value, very clean and the staff are very friendly. The noise level from outside traffic and trains was a bit annoying but did not affect us too much during regular sleeping hours. The bed mattress was ok, but could have been better for me
