Breakfast was superb and the staff were five‑star level, but the rooms urgently need renovation and maintenance—from a door that can’t be locked from inside to a bathroom that screams for a makeover, the poor upkeep is obvious, so it feels more like a 3.5‑star than a 4‑star.
