“Do not book”

This has got to be the worst place I’ve stayed at. The location and address are completely wrong and not what is stated (3.4 km off‑and I don’t think it’s a “mistake”, it’s obvious they know it and it feels like that’s how they scam their customers). When calling the reception, no help or service was provided to get the correct address. When you finally arrive, the reception is empty and you have to either call the number or go out looking for staff on the property. No passport check, they just hand you the key and ask for payment. The rooms are awful and not maintained. The mattress you can feel every spring during the whole night. No noise isolation in the rooms and every single word spoken in the hallway is heard as if it is in your own room. Ants or some other insects crawling onto the bed. And I can keep going… but hey the view and the beach are good… after reading other reviews with the same experience I can’t understand how they are still listed here.

“Nice place, lovely staff, some things a little basic”

The place was cozy, with nice rooms, an absolutely stunning view, and very friendly staff. It seems to be run by a family, and every single one of them was helpful and kind. The whole hotel lost running water for an hour in the evening, which apparently is routine. Also, a door that was left open revealed a room that had recently been half‑destroyed by a fire. Additionally, when I woke up to check out, I couldn’t find any staff anywhere at 7 am, so I couldn’t eat the breakfast that came with my booking.

The location faces the sea. The room was simple, typical Greek, and clean. The property has big potential but should keep the common areas more tidy and clean. The breakfast was disappointing.

I couldn't locate or contact the place; my messages on the booking platform and phone attempts were ignored.
