“Sublime. Despite the bathroom challenge !”
The staff were great and went out of their way to make us comfortable; the food was excellent. Turns out the captain is a chef too! The rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was appreciated. The location of Kumarakom was laid‑back and quiet. The bathrooms were very basic; there was a toilet and basin but no shower, and washing had to be done with a bucket and jug.
