Location was great, everything else was fine.

I liked the location because we had a commitment and the American embassy was only five minutes away, but the nearby construction makes getting in and out more complicated. The building is very neglected; cleaning, especially in the bathrooms, needs improvement, customer service should be better, and staff should be more attentive to guests.

I loved the location of the place I was going to; it was perfect. The bed was terrible, I didn’t sleep at all because it was so small, and I wouldn’t go back.
