We were at a conference at the Empress Hotel next door, so it was convenient to have this newer, more modern hotel adjacent. The staff, especially housekeeping, were wonderful. Unfortunately, this part of Chiang Mai isn’t the best; we didn’t like the dirty, smelly areas around and it lacks a resort feel.

The rooms were very large and had modern amenities, like a tablet by the bed that controlled temperature and lights. The distance from the old city made it a bit inconvenient to reach the restaurants and sights we were interested in.

Nice place, roomy rooms, they upgraded us to a larger room free of charge. Good spot—close to the center and just a short walk from the market. Nothing else to mention.

An exceptional stay in Chiang Mai! Service was top‑tier and the rooftop pool was amazing. Rooms were spacious, quiet and the location right next to the Night Bazaar was perfect. Highly recommended!
