Everything was superb! The staff were very friendly, the location perfect, and I was completely satisfied. The only thing I didn’t like was the general traffic situation in Ubud, which is unregulated and unsafe; crossing streets was a real challenge.

The greenery around the place and the customer service were good. The air conditioning needs improvement; it wasn’t cold enough.

The breakfast started at 7:30, but when I asked for an earlier time due to my schedule, they happily accommodated me. The location was great, and I was very satisfied.

The rooms were comfortable, large, and clean. The owners were friendly, and the garden space outside was beautiful. Nothing to add.
