We had a wonderful stay at Kandy City View Hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, within walking distance of Kandy Lake and the city center. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop restaurant offered a lovely atmosphere. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kandy. We would be happy to stay here again!

The facilities were good and the service was friendly, but the hot water in the shower had no pressure.

The room was clean and the on‑site pizza place, Vito’s, was a nice bonus. The only downside was the short uphill walk from town.

I’m just a stone’s throw from Kandy’s lake and the temple, and at night you can stroll and see a bunch of bats! The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. This was one of the best places we stayed in Sri Lanka. Nothing to complain about.
