“Lovely family hotel in East Rhodope Mountains”

The friendly staff were very helpful, especially when they suggested a guide to visit Perperikon; the large, comfortable room had everything needed and a view of a beautiful tree, plus a large shower and chocolates as a nice touch. Breakfast was served downstairs in the restaurant at no fixed time, and there was a large car park behind the hotel with cute parrots in the hallway. However, it was a bit chaotic to find our way on arrival—GPS directed us to a location around the corner—and there is no reception, so checking in at the restaurant is best. I think one part of the shower door was missing, causing some water to spill onto the bathroom floor, which was a bit uncomfortable but not a major issue.

It’s a wonderful place to stay, located on a quiet yet central street, with its own parking and hosts who are extremely courteous and hospitable.

As soon as they noticed the issue, they went above and beyond to make things right. They made sure I rested comfortably and treated me to coffee and breakfast. A hotel's true quality shows in how they handle unexpected situations with genuine kindness and honesty. Exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you so much for everything!
