Le personnel était attentionné et très sympa, mais la literie était très mauvaise, il n’y avait pas d’armoire pour ranger les affaires ni rien pour suspendre les vêtements, et la chambre n’était pas nettoyée chaque jour. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cet hôtel est classé 4 étoiles, je le placerais plutôt à 2 étoiles ou à peine 3 étoiles. La rue est mal fréquentée le soir, c’était sale.

The staff were super friendly, and after checking out I realized I’d forgotten my charging cable, so I went back to pick it up; they offered free coffee while waiting for room‑service to bring it, which was awesome. I couldn’t figure out how to control the temperature in my room, and the windows couldn’t be opened.

Loopafstand van de Grote Markt ca 15 minuten. Nette kamer. Op de vraag of we eventueel al eerder dan de inchecktijd de kamer in konden werd direct met nee geantwoord “want het hotel was vol”. Maar voor 20 euro extra konden we tóch al in een kamer. Dat komt niet gastvrij over
