The staff are very attentive, especially Sandra at breakfast, thanks for everything. There is no elevator.

The only noteworthy thing about the hotel is its location, a few minutes from the main square of Pereira. The hotel does not have the stars it claims to have. It is a hotel that NO has an elevator, a feature not mentioned in the description. Cleaning is quite questionable. Rooms facing the main street are very noisy. The staff are serious, with little friendliness. The typical Colombian breakfast offers little variety.

The staff were friendly and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The room, however, did not match the advertised photos; everything felt old, the bathroom was small, the shower splashed water everywhere, the toilet was tiny, and the large paper‑towel dispenser was awkwardly placed next to the toilet, making it hard to sit.

“NO CREAS EN LAS FOTOS”

The location was great and the breakfast was delicious. The photos were obviously edited and the rooms were smaller than advertised, with old and worn furniture. The floor was uneven, and the room lacked a body soap dispenser and a hand towel; we asked for them and the receptionist said she would bring them later but never did. The shower was weak, barely turning on, and there was only one harsh white light above the bed that was blinding, like a surgical lamp. There were no housekeeping staff to keep the hotel tidy.
