We were warmly welcomed by a very friendly young woman with a pleasant voice and a very professional attitude who explained how the establishment worked and even offered to show us the kitchens. Her colleague, also very friendly, smiling, gentle, discreet, and professional, handled our requests superbly. Thank you both; they deserve recognition for their work. The room was spacious, and we were upgraded because the one we had booked had an issue. It was spotless—no dust on furniture, drawers, or sheets, and everything was pristine, perfection! I had asked for a small touch because I was celebrating my honeymoon and wedding anniversary with my husband; my request was met, and each day we had a different towel folding model (swan, heart, roses). Thanks again. Breakfast consisted of fresh, high‑quality products. Parking was easy with a free access card. Students would say hello when they saw a hotel guest, proving the quality of the establishment—great job! We had a very pleasant stay and will return, including the restaurant. What we didn’t like were minor things that don’t diminish the service quality. For the room, perhaps night‑table outlets, a slightly longer shower hose (the current one bends and stops when we try to rinse our heads, so we had to crouch—no big deal), and a brochure of services or a house rule sheet would be useful. At breakfast, slightly more baked pastries, aspartame (sugar packets), and extra sugar sticks would be nice so we don’t have to bother you about it. But all these are tiny details that didn’t negatively affect our stay.
