Bella Casa Flat Service

The staff were very dear and attentive. The environment was clean and the food wonderful. Nothing else.

Everything was flawless: the staff were super polite and very attentive, especially Rosana, who was a delight; I already miss her and will return soon. The rooms were wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious—kudos to the ladies.

The café was incredible and the simple apartment was comfortable; the night‑shift receptionist treated us as if he were doing a favor and didn’t make us feel at ease, but aside from that everything was great. The pool was outstanding—spotlessly clean—and the café ladies were very polite and helpful; I would definitely return. The reception could have welcomed ordinary guests the same way it does celebrities.

“Excelente voltaria e vou voltar novamente”

The room was comfortable, but a cable TV would have been nice.

“Pode melhorar em tudo”

I had been there before and had always found it inflexible. Selling half a day was an excellent option. The bed was very uncomfortable and old. The sheet on top of the bed was transparent and looked worn from use. There was no hair dryer in the room. The pool bathroom was clogged and dirty at noon when I arrived to use the facilities. The breakfast I had on Sunday was lacking: no fresh French bread for refilling, no cheese bread, and the fruit was low quality. This was my third stay and it was the worst so far.
