The place in Olbia, right next to a park, was charming and comfy; the room was quiet, packed with amenities, and the gift was a nice touch for a reasonable price, with a grocery store, restaurant, and bus stop just around the corner.

The location was great, close to the city center and both local and intercity bus stops, and the internet was solid; towels were swapped during my stay, early check‑in was possible, and there were plenty of shops (Lidl, Conad), restaurants, cafés, and Tabacchi nearby; the owner was responsive and quick to help. The only slight downside was the missing ironing board, the only electrical outlet with a plug was in the bathroom, and the hallway lights only turned on after reaching the last room, which was a bit annoying at night.

The place was in a good spot, the room was immaculate with tea, coffee, and cookies, the area was quiet, and there was a parking spot right in front of the door, so everything was fine. The only thing that mattered less for us was that it’s on the second floor and there’s no lift.

The apartment was huge and spacious, very clean even after a three‑day stay; after the second day the host cleaned, brought coffee and snacks, extra bath supplies, and fresh towels; the owner was always reachable by phone, so I highly recommend this place.
