The site is very quiet in the middle of the mountains with zero city noise, but the new tech required checking in with a phone, and opening the room door also needed the phone; the app didn’t work well and they gave you a code if the phone failed. They do this to save staff and avoid a reception desk, so you have to do it the old way.

Nothing positive. The information was a shame: we asked for two beds and got one; we requested wheelchair access and were given a second‑floor room with no elevator; there was no restaurant, so we were told to cook ourselves. It’s isolated in the middle of nowhere, the staff misinformed us, and we had no choice but to leave.

The hotel looks very nice, the rooms are brand new with pretty décor, it’s a small hotel but very cozy and the area is beautiful; the only downside is the beds are a bit short—wide is fine, but taller people may find them uncomfortable, otherwise there’s nothing to complain about.

The room décor was subtle and suitable, with floor lamps, the space was clean and the bathrooms were spacious, yet the stairs had uneven steps at the entrance.
