I appreciated the hotel's thoughtful gesture of providing an ice scraper to help me clear the ice from my car, and the free parking was a nice bonus. However, I experienced some drawbacks during my stay, including a slow elevator, a room that was in need of renovation, and a mediocre breakfast. Overall, it was an average stay with both pleasant and disappointing moments.

I was initially impressed with the hotel's great location and comfortable atmosphere, but my experience took a turn for the worse when I discovered that my room hadn't been cleaned and the coffee maker was infested with bugs.
