The only thing I liked was the location, 30 meters from Piazza della Rotonda. Everything else was absolutely terrible: the service was rude and quarrelsome, and the facilities were completely basic—almost a youth hostel. I’ve been to Rome 30–40 times since 1982 and never found anything worse.

The accommodation’s location is excellent, the bed is comfortable, and the room is very large and convenient. The drawbacks are the absence of a bidet, the cold lights from the chandeliers, and the poor air circulation in the room.

The spot was cheap and in a convenient location, but the owner was hard to get a hold of and the check‑in process was a hassle.

The location is unbeatable, the cleanliness meets Italian standards, the host is responsive on the phone, and there's a luggage storage service. The apartment would benefit from a renovation, and the lack of a bidet is a drawback.
