Customer service was great, but I couldn't sleep because the dogs in the adjacent room were barking, and the room had a pet odor.

The beds were clean and very comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. I waited about 10 minutes for someone to check me in. The room had a slight smell, but opening the windows helped. I used the dishes from the dishwasher, which had a sticker saying “clean,” yet they were still dirty. Shower water pressure was very low and it took forever to get hot water. Wi‑Fi was terrible, lagging a lot or dropping out entirely. I don't think I'd stay again.

The other guest was great, but I couldn't get any coffee at any time, never had fresh linen or towels, housekeeping never cleaned the main part of the hotel, and there were always bugs trampled on the floor.
