“Good location, rude management”

I liked the location, most of the staff, and that I could stay with my dogs; I didn’t like the manager’s reaction to the dogs and the extra fees we weren’t aware of, even during check‑in, despite having messaged beforehand that we were coming with dogs.

The room description matched the reservation, but the room was in a neglected state; definitely not recommended for families with children or for a romantic stay.

The location was near the metro and tram; the place was dirty and uncomfortable, the bathroom was cold and couldn’t be closed properly. They asked for 200, said they would refund it within 24 hrs after we returned the key, but they didn’t; I messaged and emailed them, nothing happened, so I don’t recommend this place and they should take action.

The second drink had to be paid for; we didn’t receive the returned 200 Kč deposit for the keys; we also didn’t get the breakfast package we asked for three times, so we are owed 500 Kč (two breakfasts + 200 Kč for the keys). I wrote to them several times but they ignore me.
