“Decent hotel in a great location. Not a 5* by any means.”

The location was good and the reception area decent. The Smart TV was helpful. The room was quite small, and the bathroom was not great – the shower was a bathtub with a curtain, which made the bathroom wet at times. There weren’t enough power outlets, and housekeeping was subpar. It definitely isn’t a 5‑star; it feels more like a Holiday Inn that has been taken over and slightly upgraded.

“Grat location. Nice rooms.”

The rooms are quite spacious, with a nice bathroom and plenty of storage. The wifi works really well (if you are a member, which you can become in a couple of minutes). I asked for a quiet room, and the one they gave me was really quiet. The AC isn't very effective because you can't fully control the fan speed, and it's a bit noisy. I arrived with a large suitcase, and you have to climb stairs to reach the entrance (or use the car access, which is very steep and a bit hazardous); a staff member came to help, but he could only see me once I was already at the top

I like the room and the fitness center. It was my fourth time at the hotel and have to say the hotel has changed a lot. The breakfast not the same. Quality and selection has been lowered, not the same than 6 months ago. There was a big group staying at the hotel for a sport event, noisy and rude. Had to wait 15 mins for the elevator in the morning to go down
